Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Emilie Delaye (aka chronically sick with style)
I've been battling chronic illness since I was about 10 years old. After years of searching for answers, I was finally diagnosed with Lyme disease. Now, I'm receiving IV antibiotic treatment through a port, and while the journey has been full of ups and downs, I'm determined to find beauty in every step.
Why I Started Relief Chronic Care
Through my struggles, I realized the need for a space that guides chronically ill patients through their complex journey—so they never feel alone. Time and time again, as I tried to navigate my own health, I was left feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, frustrated, and confused.
From finding and researching doctors to understanding treatment options, managing constant blood work and labs, and facing endless out-of-pocket expenses, the process felt impossible.
I just couldn’t take it anymore. I knew we needed a solution…something to truly help chronically ill people like myself. That realization became the foundation of Chronically Sick in Style.
